Request for Change in Service Form

Download the Request for Change in Service PDF form, print it, fill it out, and fax it to the Cayman Water offices, at fax number 345 945-4191. Please note that the owner of the property must sign this form.

Job Application Form

Please fill out the online Job Application form or download and complete the Job Application Form. Once completed, fax your application to the Cayman Water offices, at fax number 345 945-4191. Customer Service Water Supply Agreement

Please download the Customer Service Water Supply Agreement for review. If you wish to initiate a new application for piped water service connection, you will have to visit our offices in person to complete and execute your contract.
