This is the easiest way to apply for new water service. You will need to have an electronic copy of your Land Registry document in order to start the online application.
Apply in Person
A new application for piped water service connection may be made in person at the Cayman Water offices located in the Regatta Office Park on West Bay Road.
The cash office is located on the fourth floor of the Windward 3 building and is open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday.
Apply by Fax
Download the Customer Service Application PDF form, print it, fill it out, and fax it to the Cayman Water offices. Our fax number is 345-945-4191.
A recent copy of your Land Registry document must accompany the application.
Things to know when applying
There is no application fee required.
Cayman Water will only open new customer accounts in the name of the owner of a premises. Proof of ownership, in the form of a copy of the land registry certificate, is required as part of your application. Contracts cannot be initiated without a copy of the Land Registry certificate on file.
Tenants should check with their landlord to arrange the mailing of Cayman Water bills to be sent to the tenant’s billing address.
New service applications may take up to ten business days to process. You will be notified by mail or email once the application review is complete. Your notification will include the location of the service connection on your premises and important information required to prepare your premises for the Cayman Water service connection and meter.
