In light of the recent developments regarding the management of the spread of COVID-19 in the Island, Cayman Water Company continues to do its part to help prevent its spread. Our offices at Regatta Office Park, Windward 3, 4th Floor will continue to be closed to the public from March 30, 2020 until further notice.

Cayman Water Company understands that some customers will be facing unusual hardships due to the effects of the COVID -19 virus and its impact on the Cayman Islands economy. As an essential service, Cayman Water is committed to provide you with a safe and reliable source of water through this crisis.
We are therefore suspending disconnections for non-payment effective immediately to ensure that everyone has access to clean water during this crisis, and to give customers who may be experiencing financial hardships extra time to make payments. We urge these customers to pay what they can afford to avoid building up a large balance that may be difficult to pay down later.
We also urge all customers to pay their bills through one of the many alternative methods we have set up for bill payment so as to avoid visiting our offices as far as possible.

Check payments are accepted in our drop box located outside the Customer Service door. When paying over the counter please remember to stay at least 3 feet from the next person.
Please remember to wash your hands completely and frequently keeping your surroundings sanitized. It is important to work together to keep our families and ourselves safe during this time. We can work together to lessen the impact from this virus.
We are making every effort to keep our staff and any members of the public who may need to visit our offices safe and ask you to do your part in assisting us to do so.
CW has implemented its late payment interest policy of 1.5% per month that commenced with overdue balances for the January 2018 bill.
The due date has been revised to the 27th of the month, hence, giving customers adequate time to settle bills and outstanding balances.
No interest will be charged to customer bills that have been placed on Special Payment Arrangements.
Payments can be made using the following:
· Banks – Cayman National, Royal Bank, Scotia Bank, First Caribbean and Butterfield (please note, if paying online, it must be paid 2 days prior to the due date to ensure that payment is processed to your account.
· CW Office – cash, check, credit card, card payment standing order or card payments via phone
· CW website site
· CW drop box (check payments only)
